Qualifications
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy tech, experience in Pharmacy Intake, Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician.
- Desired: Associate's or Bachelor's, Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician, specialty pharmacy experience
Responsibilities
- Supervise intake staff to maintain teamwork and resolve issues.
- Create patient profiles and process orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
- Assist manager in day-to-day operations and implement new procedures.
- Recruit, hire, train, and coach intake staff; deliver corrective action as needed.
- Monitor daily workflow and control operating expenses within budget.
- Ensure compliance with laws and patient confidentiality.
