Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intake Supervisor in Scottsdale for a full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:30am–5pm role. You will manage patient, prescriber, and prescription communications, triage to internal departments, and set up patient profiles and drug orders.

This position requires strong data entry, pharmacy terminology, and supervisory skills. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in pharmacy with leadership experience; licensure as a pharmacy technician and PTCB certification are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and pharmacy technician licensure per state.
• Nationally certified pharmacy technician (PTCB) preferred.
• Experience with intake processes and prescription terminology.

Responsibilities

• Supervises intake staff in a leadership role to promote teamwork and reduce turnover.
• Creates patient profiles and processes orders from electronic prescriptions and faxes.
• Assists Manager in daily operations and implements new procedures for accurate dispensing.
• Recruits, hires, orients, develops, and coaches intake staff; manages performance.
• Monitors daily activity and workflow, providing Pulse reporting.
• Controls operating expenses through personnel and equipment utilization.
