Job summary

Onco360 is seeking a Pharmacy Technician Intake Supervisor to lead our intake team at the Houston, TX pharmacy. The role focuses on triaging communications, creating patient profiles, processing orders from e-prescriptions and faxes, and ensuring accurate, timely data entry in a fast-paced specialty pharmacy.

You will coach and mentor staff, monitor workflow, manage performance, and collaborate with pharmacy management to meet service levels and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED and be a licensed/registered pharmacy technician per state law.
• National certification as a Pharmacy Technician (PTCB)
• 4+ years of pharmacy experience; previous leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff and maintain a positive team environment.
• Create patient profiles and process orders from e-prescriptions and faxes.
• Assist Manager in day-to-day pharmacy operations and implement new procedures.
• Recruit, hire, orientate, develop, coach and evaluate intake staff.
• Monitor daily workflow and manage staffing to meet service levels.
