Onco360 Pharmacy is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Intake Manager in Scottsdale, AZ. The role oversees patient/prescription communications, queue management, and new order setup, with remote work possible after on-site training.

Responsibilities include leading the intake team, supporting the Director of Pharmacy Operations, and ensuring accuracy and compliance across processes. Requires 5+ years in pharmacy and CPhT certification; advanced certification desired.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED and licensed pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• 5+ years in a pharmacy setting and 1+ year supervisor experience.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT).
• Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (desired).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher as applicable.

Responsabilités

• Oversee intake of patient/prescription communications and manage the main fax/e-prescription queues.
• Lead and develop intake staff to maintain a positive, collaborative environment.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations with day-to-day operations and new procedures.
• Recruit, hire, train, and coach intake staff; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
