Job summary

Onco360 in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Pharmacy Intake Manager to lead intake staff, supervise the main fax server and electronic prescription queue, and ensure accurate patient profiles and orders. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday 8:30 am–5:00 pm MST with on-site training and remote work possible after training.

You will partner with the Director of Pharmacy Operations to optimize workflows, recruit and develop team members, monitor KPIs, and uphold privacy and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, licensed/registered pharmacy technician as required by state law.
• Previous experience in pharmacy.
• Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB).
• Associates or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Certified Pharmacy Technician (desired).
• Master’s degree or equivalent experience (desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise intake staff and maintain a positive work environment.
• Assist Director of Pharmacy Operations in day-to-day operations.
• Recruit, hire, orient, develop and train new associates.
• Manage daily workflow, productivity trends, and adherence to Policies and Procedures.
• Audit intake processes and ensure compliance with licenses and drug access.
• Implement operational changes and coordinate with offshore team.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and safety compliance.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
