The position supports a hybrid in-office requirement with options for alternate locations within commuting distance. A BA/BS and 5+ years in process improvement management are required; CPhT or related certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field required.
• Minimum 5 years management experience in process improvement.
• Experience in regulated healthcare environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead incident/non-conformance investigations, root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics; act as internal consultant on CI opportunities.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates associates to support performance.
