Elevance Health is seeking a Manager of Process Improvement for Pharmacy and Infusion. The role leads operational quality activities, oversees investigations, and partners with leadership to standardize processes across pharmacy operations.
The position supports a hybrid in-office requirement with options for alternate locations within commuting distance. A BA/BS and 5+ years in process improvement management are required; CPhT or related certification is preferred.
Location: This role requires associates to be in-office 3 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Manager Process Improvement - Pharmacy and Infusion is responsible for leading operational quality activities (Incident and Non-conformance Management) related to case investigations, root cause analysis, and error reduction involving pharmacy and/or clinical infusion services. This role oversees the timely and accurate completion of investigations, ensuring productivity and quality standards are consistently achieved. The position identifies trends and opportunities for process improvement and supports corrective actions to reduce errors and prevent recurrence. This role also ensures operations remain compliant with applicable regulatory, contractual, accreditation, and internal quality requirements.
