Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a Manager Process Improvement - Pharmacy and Infusion to lead quality activities across investigations, root cause analysis, and error reduction in pharmacy and infusion services. You will develop metrics, standardize processes, coach teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to sustain performance excellence within a hybrid, in-office model.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field with at least 5 years of management and process-improvement experience.
• Experience in retail, specialty, or regulated healthcare environments such as PBM or managed care.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present findings to leadership.
• CPhT or related certification, or certification in quality, auditing, or project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities for improvement and lead development and implementation of best practices.
• Develop and monitor performance metrics; act as internal consultant on improvements.
• Analyze trends and develop action plans to standardize processes and support planning.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives; ensure integration into operations.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate associates to support performance.
