Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree OR High school diploma/GED with 4+ years of fulfillment, logistics or centralized service experience.
• Pharmacy Technician licensure or national certification within state timelines; PTCB certification within 12 months.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolution strategies.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers and meeting quality standards.
• Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team; coaching, mentoring and training staff.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of all team members for the scheduled shift and provide feedback and coaching.
• Resolve complex or critical issues and initiate appropriate resolutions.
• Conduct performance reviews, identify development opportunities, and recommend sustainable solutions.
• Continue to look for ways to improve current processes with enhancements and ideas.
• Maintain relationships with all levels of management to meet department and company objectives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, HIPAA guidelines and other policies and procedures.
