Responsibilities

• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex or critical issues.
• Determines and initiates appropriate resolution for escalations.
• Supervises daily activities of all team members for the scheduled shift and provides feedback.
• Responsible for coaching and developing team members and leads.
• Conducts performance reviews with team members and identifies opportunities for development.
• Identifies opportunities to improve processes and makes recommendations for enhancements.
• Maintains relationships with management to meet departmental objectives and comply with policies.
