Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Operations Lead to support daily Micro Fulfillment Center activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant prescription fulfillment for Walgreens pharmacies. You will oversee workflow, provide technical guidance, and support the team to deliver first-class service while adhering to federal and state regulations and company policies.

Responsibilities include coordinating staffing, supervising floor operations, onboarding and coaching staff, monitoring safety

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Earns and maintains PTCB or ExCPT certification through designated program and/or state certification.
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

Owns shift readiness and execution by coordinating staffing, workflow prioritization, and real-time adjustments for safe, accurate prescription fulfillment.
Guides team members on the floor to meet productivity and service expectations.
Onboards, trains, and coaches staff to reinforce correct behaviors and standards.
Ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance and escalates issues appropriately.
Reviews productivity and quality metrics and supports continuous improvement.
Builds strong relationships with internal and external teams.
