Job summary

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 4+ years in fulfillment/logistics, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree OR high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of fulfillment/logistics experience.
• Ability to become licensed as a Pharmacy Technician within required timeline and PTCB certified within 12 months of placement.
• Experience identifying operational issues and implementing resolution strategies.
• Experience delivering customer service to internal and external customers with quality standards.
• Experience building relationships, coaching, mentoring and training staff.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily activities of all team members for scheduled shift and provides coaching.
• Resolves and/or provides technical advice on complex issues and escalation handling.
• Conducts performance reviews and recommends development solutions.
• Identifies process improvements and implements enhancements to current workflows.
• Ensures compliance with laws, policies, and HIPAA guidelines across the center.
