Cardinal Health, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Front-End Specialist to manage existing customer relationships across Long Island and Queens.

You will demonstrate the value of the front-end suite, build long-term partnerships, and act as the True Solutions Expert to support customers and the sales team. Responsibilities include analyzing customer needs, recommending front-end solutions, coordinating implementation, and ensuring smooth transitions to Cardinal Health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years work experience in a consultative environment preferred but not required.
• Strong business acumen preferred but not required.
• Technical skills & acumen needed, proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint – preferred.
• Strong Communication skills both written & verbal, ability to face complex situations, assess, analyze, utilize good decision/action skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated is a must.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to travel more than 75% of time to include some overnight travel required.

Responsibilities

• Assess, analyze and consult with our existing customers about their business needs and plans to determine front-end and Consumer Health solutions.
• Convey analysis results and recommended plan to influence customer decisions using objective data.
• Coordinate front-end solution implementation and document activities in the CRM for ISF.
• Drive operating efficiencies by selecting appropriate front-end solutions for customers and Cardinal Health.
• Serve as the front-end solution expert and primary contact for solution selection and support.
• Collaborate with the sales team and internal support to meet objectives.
• Assist customers with planogram changes and transitioning new business customers to Cardinal Health.
• Participate in customer calls and internal discussions to validate the solution toolkit use.
• Prepare reports, written communication, and presentations for sales management.
