Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 2 years in a consultative environment is a plus.
• Strong business acumen is preferred but not required.
• Technical skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to handle complex situations.
• Willingness to travel >75% of the time; valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Assess, analyze and consult with existing customers about their business needs to determine appropriate front‑end and Consumer Health solutions.
• Lead front-end solution implementation and coordinate project activities with CRM documentation for ISF.
• Act as primary customer contact for front-end solution suite and support.
• Collaborate with selling team and internal support to accomplish objectives and ensure smooth transitions of new customers.
• Prepare reports, written communication and presentations for sales management.
