Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to oversee order entry and a team of Data Entry Technicians in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will ensure timely, accurate data entry and provide exemplary customer service to long-term care facilities.

Responsibilities include hiring/training, coaching, evaluating staff, and collaborating with leadership to optimize workflows and on-boarding for new facilities.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy technician license or registration per state requirements; national certification (PTCB) preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience; advanced degree may substitute.
• Proficiency with pharmacy operations software; strong computer skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines with careful attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers.
• Lead data entry staff, including hiring, training, coaching and scheduling.
• Allocate workload and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Serve as SME for QS1 and Docutrack for analysis and support.
• Collaborate with leadership to streamline facility setup and onboarding.
• Develop and conduct regular performance evaluations with leadership.
• Maintain workflow guidelines and meet deadlines; coordinate with account management.
• Seek process improvements to support growth and efficiency.
