Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy of Southeast Florida in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking an experienced Data Entry Supervisor to lead a high-volume team. You will hire, train, and coach Data Entry Technicians, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of workflows.

You will serve as the subject matter expert for QS1 and Docutrack, collaborating with leadership to streamline facility setup and onboarding, while maintaining a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; BA preferred.
• Pharmacy tech license/certification per state; National Certification (PTCB) preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience; advanced computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers.
• Lead and coach Data Entry Technician staff to meet workflow objectives.
• Hire, train, evaluate, coach, and schedule staff for adequate coverage.
• Assign work volume and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Manage resources for data entry workflow as needed.
• Serve as subject matter expert for QS1 and Docutrack.
