Job summary

Guardian Pharmacy, LLC in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Data Entry Supervisor to lead our data entry team within a growing long-term care pharmacy network.

You will ensure accuracy, high service standards, and collaboration with leadership to optimize workflows. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and a detail-oriented mindset as you hire, coach, and evaluate staff, streamline onboarding, and maintain timely input for fill by end of day.

Qualifications

• Data entry experience in pharmacy settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and coaching of staff.
• Ability to manage workflow and deadlines.
• Experience with Framework & ECM software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers.
• Lead data entry team and staff, schedule and coach.
• Assign work volume and monitor productivity and accuracy.
• Manage resources for data entry workflow.
• Serve as SME for QS1 and Docutrack.
• Support new facility setup and onboarding.
• Ensure workflow guidelines and deadlines are met.
• Review and improve system/workflow processes.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to keep work flowing.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and lead by example.
