Guardian Pharmacy of Tampa in St. Petersburg, FL is seeking a Data Entry Technician to join our growing team.

You will ensure accurate data entry and timely processing for long-term care facilities, working with QS1 and Docutrack systems and coordinating with leadership to maintain high service standards. This role requires a high school diploma or GED, pharmacy tech certification per state, and strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; pharmacy tech cert preferred.
• 5+ years related experience; advanced computer skills and pharmacy ops systems experience.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent attention to detail with fast-paced, team-oriented work style.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high service standards for internal and external customers.
• Hire, train, and schedule Data Entry Technician staff to cover workflow.
• Monitor productivity and accuracy; manage data entry resources as needed.
• Serve as SME for QS1 and Docutrack to provide analysis and support.
• Assist with facility onboarding and workflow improvements.
