Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to develop robust reporting solutions and conduct complex analyses that influence our strategic pharmacy initiatives. You will shape decisions by translating data into actionable insights in healthcare.

The role is hybrid with three days in the office, offering remote options and opportunities across Salt Lake City, Boise, and other regional offices. Strong SQL, Oracle, and healthcare data experience are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree requirement and 2 years' data analysis experience in healthcare or related field.
• 5 years' data analysis experience for Level II with STARS and MES preferred.
• 8 years’ data analysis experience for Level III with STARS and MES preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; verify accuracy for complex reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, enrollment, incentives, and revenue by provider, member, network, product, and line of business.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling per user requests; communicate results and recommendations.
