Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions offers a hybrid Pharmacy Data Analyst role across multiple offices, including Lewiston, with three days in office. You will develop sophisticated reporting and conduct analyses shaping strategic decisions impacting pharmacy operations and financial outcomes.

The role requires advanced SQL, Oracle/Snowflake proficiency, strong communication, and the ability to work independently on high-impact projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years' relevant work experience in data analysis within healthcare or business systems.
• Level II requires 5 years' experience and STARS/MES experience preferred.
• Level III requires 8 years' experience and STARS/MES experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; ensure accuracy of reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, and revenue.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling per user requests and communicate results.
• Maintain reporting systems and gather requirements from users.
• Develop data validation routines to ensure warehouse data integrity.
• Train and assist business analysts to improve reporting consistency.
