Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to develop sophisticated reporting solutions and conduct analyses impacting corporate initiatives. You will work on data from claims, membership, pricing and provider data systems, applying advanced SQL and Oracle tools.

Levels I–III require increasing expertise, independence and leadership with strong communication skills. The role supports healthcare decision-making and cost optimization in a hybrid work model across multiple offices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health information administration, mathematics, statistics, computer science or related field.
• 2–8 years of data analysis experience in healthcare data or related systems.
• Experience with relational databases and healthcare data systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; ensure accuracy for complex reporting.
• Analyze health care services, utilization and costs; report by provider, member and network.
• Perform statistical analyses and data modeling; communicate results and recommendations.
