Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions seeks a Pharmacy Data Analyst to develop sophisticated reporting solutions and conduct complex analyses that influence corporate initiatives and pharmacy management decisions.

The role supports data-driven strategies across multiple locations (including Fargo, ND) with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office). Levels I–III share common foundation, with regional pay bands based on location and experience; a bachelor’s degree and relevant data analysis experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 years' data analysis or database experience in healthcare or business systems.
• Level II requires 5 years' relevant data analysis experience; STARS and MES preferred.
• Level III requires 8 years' relevant data analysis experience; STARS and MES preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify SQL; ensure accuracy for complex reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on healthcare services, costs, trends by provider, member, network.
• Perform statistical analysis and model data; communicate results.
• Maintain reporting systems and gather requirements from information users.
• Evaluate impact of new products and maintain data integrity.
• Develop data validation routines for warehouse updates.
• Assist and train analysts to improve reporting consistency.
• Make decisions on issues with corporate risk and meet deadlines.
• Create enterprise universes and automate dashboards; validate complex reporting.
• Define procedures to automate validation; decisive for large financial impact.
