Job summary

Cambia Health Solutions is seeking a Pharmacy Data Analyst to develop reporting solutions, perform complex analyses, and support strategic decisions affecting pharmacy services and financial outcomes.

The role supports levels I–III with increasing responsibility, including building complex reports, validating data, and mentoring others. Hybrid work across multiple US offices is offered with relocation flexibility if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 2 years' data analysis experience.
• 5 years' data analysis or related healthcare data experience (STARS/MES preferred).
• 8 years' data analysis or related healthcare data experience (STARS/MES preferred).
• Experience with AI tools to enhance productivity and decision-making is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; validate work for accuracy.
• Analyze data on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, enrollment, and revenue.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling; communicate results.
• Maintain reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Evaluate impact of new products and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop data validation routines for data warehouse updates.
• Train business analysts on data interpretation and reporting.
• Support management with data-driven recommendations.
