Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant data-analysis experience in healthcare or business systems.
• Experience with relational databases and reporting in health care settings.
• STARS and MES experience preferred for higher levels.

Responsabilités

• Create complex reports and modify underlying SQL; ensure accuracy for complex reporting.
• Analyze data and prepare reports on health care services, utilization, costs, trends, and revenue.
• Perform statistical analysis and data modeling per user requests; communicate results.
• Maintain and develop reporting systems; gather requirements from users.
• Evaluate new products and processes on data/reporting systems; ensure data integrity.
• Develop data validation routines for warehouse updates; train analysts in data interpretation.
