Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services.
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders.
• Educates customers regarding products/services.
• Documents calls in a computerized record keeping system.
• Enters customer orders in the computerized system.
• Updates demographic information in records.
• Reads and analyzes patient orders.
• Understands pharmacy prescription terminology.
• Communicates effectively with coworkers and patients.
• Assists in training employees.
• Calculates figures for dosage and frequency as dispensed.
• Follows oral and written instructions.
