Qualifications

• Read and analyze patient orders and other documents
• Communicate effectively with coworkers and patients
• Assist with training of employees
• Calculate figures and amounts related to frequency and doses dispensed
• Follow oral and written instructions with common sense

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers via inbound and outbound calls and automated dialer-generated outbound calls
• Assess needs for additional products/services
• Assess customer compliance with physician orders
• Answer questions and provide education about products/services
• Document calls in computerized record keeping system
• Enter customer orders in computerized system
• Verify and update demographic information in records
