Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a pharmacy support team member to deliver a distinctive customer experience at the register and assist the pharmacist under supervision. The role covers patient information, prescription processing, and basic pharmacy duties in a retail setting.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English, willingness to work evenings/weekends, and prefer prior retail or Walgreens experience. PTCB certification is a plus, and training is provided.

Qualifications

• English fluency required for reading, writing and speaking.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Prefer six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math and computer skills; familiarity with store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist under supervision and process prescriptions using pharmacy systems.
• Provide courteous, efficient customer checkout service and facilitate customer needs.
• Manage inventory, pricing, shelf replenishment, and merchandising.
• Support pharmacy operations, including entering patient/drug information and scheduling workflow.
