Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• PTCB certification required or pursued per Walgreens policy.
• Attends training and completes PPLs as requested by Manager.

Responsibilities

• Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides courteous checkout service.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision with the practice of pharmacy and uses pharmacy systems to process prescriptions.
• Greet customers, offer help, resolve issues and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Recommends items, handles stock, pricing and shelf maintenance to ensure shop is well merchandised.
• Maintains inventory, processes returns, refunds and exchanges, and assists in pharmacy workflow.
