Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers.

• Document calls in the computerized record-keeping system.
• Enter customer orders and update demographic information.
• Read and analyze patient orders; understand pharmacy terminology.
• Support training of employees; assist coworkers as needed.
• Calculate figures related to frequency and doses dispensed.
