Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends items for sale, assists in stock management, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with legal standards.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
8. Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies and procedures.

Training & Personal Development

1. Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
2. Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
3. Preferred: prior retail experience, knowledge of store inventory, and PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
