Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practices, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends items for sale, assists in stock management, and maintains store cleanliness and organization.
- Supports pharmacy operations, including inventory management, prescription filling, and compliance with legal standards.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and handles web pick-up responsibilities.
- Maintains store appearance and adheres to company policies and procedures.
Training & Personal Development
- Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
- Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: prior retail experience, knowledge of store inventory, and PTCB certification.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
