Responsibilities include:

1. Modeling and delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registering sales, providing courteous checkout service, and assisting pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practices.
3. Engaging customers, resolving issues, and sharing customer service best practices.
4. Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, managing transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, and supporting pharmacy operations including inventory management and prescription processing.
5. Supporting store displays, stock management, and providing photo and web order services.
6. Adhering to policies, maintaining store appearance, and completing assigned tasks.
7. Obtaining and maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications include:

• Fluency in English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
