Responsibilities

1. Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
3. Assist pharmacists under supervision, using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.
4. Engage customers, resolve issues, and share customer service best practices.
5. Handle operations including inventory management, product placement, and store cleanliness.
6. Support pharmacy activities such as prescription filling, error reporting, and compliance with regulations.
7. Participate in training, maintain certifications, and stay updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: 6 months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
