• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance. Resolves issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
• Recommends items, processes sales, handles returns and exchanges, and assists in locating products.
• Maintains store cleanliness, takes inventory, and performs pharmacy-related duties such as entering patient data, filling prescriptions, and supporting pharmacy workflows.
• Ensures compliance with pharmacy laws and company policies, reports prescription errors, and supports inventory management.
• Provides customer service in the photo area, handles web pick-up orders, and maintains store appearance.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
• Requires fluency in English, willingness to work flexible hours, and preferably six months of retail experience and prior Walgreens experience.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred, along with knowledge of store inventory control.
