Customer Experience
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in practicing pharmacy in accordance with regulations. Uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Customer Engagement
- Greets customers and patients, offers assistance, and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.
Operations
- Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service.
- Recommends products and assists customers in locating items.
- Handles transactions, including voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges, and assists with product placement and inventory management.
- Supports pharmacy duties, including entering patient and drug info, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting pharmacists.
- Reports prescription errors immediately and adheres to pharmacy policies and codes of conduct.
- Handles telephone inquiries, processes third-party claims, and supports inventory activities.
- Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products.
- Constructs and maintains displays, assists with product placement, and stock rotation.
- Provides photo services and web order pick-up support.
- Maintains store cleanliness and orderliness, and supports team relationships and policies.
Training & Personal Development
- Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.
Additional Requirements
- Must be fluent in English (except in Puerto Rico).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
