Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under direct supervision, in the practice of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
5. Provides fast and friendly service, recommends products, and assists with inventory management.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling, inventory, and compliance with legal and company policies.
7. Participates in training to maintain PTCB certification and develops healthcare and pharmacy knowledge.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
