• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and processing prescriptions, in accordance with regulations.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, fast, and efficient service; recommends products and assists with purchase processes.
• Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and error reporting.
• Handles calls, processes claims, supports inventory management, and maintains store displays.
• Supports store maintenance, safety, and policy adherence.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes ongoing training.
• Requires fluency in English and willingness to work flexible hours; prior retail experience and Walgreens familiarity are preferred.
• Possesses good math and computer skills; knowledge of inventory control is advantageous.
