Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers and patients, resolving issues and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares best practices in customer service, including greeting, eye contact, courtesy, and proactive help.

Operations

• Provides fast, friendly service, recommends products, and handles transactions including refunds and exchanges.
• Maintains store cleanliness, manages inventory, and supports pharmacy operations, including prescription filling and inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy and product regulations.
• Supports store displays, stock rotation, and customer service in various store areas.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns and maintains PTCB certification and completes ongoing training and education.
• Fluent in English; flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
