The role involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, registering sales, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and maintaining store operations.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers by greeting and assisting them, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Share customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provide courteous, friendly, and efficient service; recommend products and assist with locating items.
• Handle transactions, including voids, refunds, and exchanges; maintain cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Support pharmacy activities such as entering patient and drug information, filling prescriptions, verifying accuracy, and assisting with workflow.
• Report prescription errors immediately, adhere to pharmacy policies, and ensure compliance with legal regulations.
• Handle telephone inquiries, process third-party claims, and support inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with laws regarding regulated products, construct displays, and assist with stock rotation and product placement.
• Provide photo services, manage web order pickups, and maintain store appearance.
• Follow all company policies, foster respectful relationships, and complete assigned tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on healthcare and pharmacy developments.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (excluding Puerto Rico), willing to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
