Job Description: Pharmacy Customer Service Associate at Walgreens

• Greeting customers, offering assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring positive experiences.

Operations:

• Providing fast, friendly service, recommending products, handling transactions, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and supporting pharmacy activities.

Training & Personal Development:

• Maintaining PTCB certification, attending training, acquiring continuing education, and staying updated on healthcare developments.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred experience in retail, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, and PTCB certification.
