Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems for patient and drug information and processing prescriptions.
4. Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions.
5. Recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports inventory management.
6. Supports pharmacy operations, including entering patient data, filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and assisting with inventory.
7. Ensures compliance with legal and company policies, including pharmacy error reporting and proper dispensing.
8. Provides customer service in various areas, including photo services and web order pickups.
9. Maintains store appearance and supports team with special tasks.

Training & Personal Development

• Earns PTCB certification and completes required training.
• Maintains knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy developments.
• Fluent in English; flexible schedule; prior retail or Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills are preferred; PTCB certification is a plus.
