Responsibilities
- Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
- Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
- Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
- Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
- Recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports inventory management.
- Supports pharmacy operations such as filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and adhering to legal and company policies.
- Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web order pickups.
- Maintains store appearance and complies with all policies.
- Participates in training and maintains certification as required.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
