Responsibilities

1. Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
2. Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
3. Assists the pharmacist, under supervision, in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
4. Engages customers and resolves issues to ensure a positive experience.
5. Recommends products, handles transactions, maintains store cleanliness, and supports inventory management.
6. Supports pharmacy operations such as filling prescriptions, verifying medicines, and adhering to legal and company policies.
7. Provides customer service in the photo area and assists with web order pickups.
8. Maintains store appearance and complies with all policies.
9. Participates in training and maintains certification as required.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Preferred: Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification.
