This role involves providing a distinctive and delightful customer experience, assisting pharmacists under supervision, and performing various operational duties in the store and pharmacy. Key responsibilities include customer service, sales transactions, pharmacy support, inventory management, and maintaining store appearance.

Customer Experience

• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Shares customer service best practices with team members, including interpersonal habits and Walgreens service traits.

Operations

• Provides courteous, friendly, and efficient service.
• Recommends products, processes sales, handles refunds, and assists customers in locating items.
• Maintains cleanliness, manages inventory, and assists in pharmacy operations such as entering patient information, filling prescriptions, and verifying medication accuracy.
• Reports prescription errors immediately and complies with pharmacy policies and regulations.
• Handles telephone inquiries, processes third-party claims, and supports pharmacy inventory management.
• Ensures compliance with laws regarding regulated products and maintains store displays and product placement.
• Provides photo services and web order fulfillment, maintains store cleanliness, and supports team relationships.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintains PTCB certification and completes required training and continuing education.

Additional Requirements

• Fluent in English (except Puerto Rico).
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
