Responsibilities

• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Register sales, provide courteous checkout service, and assist customers proactively.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision in pharmacy practice, including using pharmacy systems to process prescriptions and obtain patient and drug information.

Customer Experience

• Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure positive experiences.
• Share customer service best practices with team members.

Operations

• Provide fast, friendly service and recommend products.
• Handle transactions, inventory, and merchandising duties.
• Support pharmacy operations, including prescription processing, inventory management, and compliance with regulations.

Training & Personal Development

• Maintain PTCB certification and participate in ongoing training.
• Work flexible hours; prior retail experience and Walgreens familiarity are preferred.

Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months retail experience, prior Walgreens experience, good math and computer skills, PTCB certification preferred.
