Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a customer-focused team member to deliver excellent service at the register and assist the pharmacist under supervision. You will use pharmacy systems to process prescriptions, assist in inventory, and help customers with questions.

The role requires strong math and computer skills, flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, and prior retail experience. Training includes PTCB certification where applicable and pharmacy system familiarity.

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision and operate pharmacy systems.
• Strong math and computer skills for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous customer service at checkout and assist customers with products and services.
• Register sales, handle cash, and process refunds or exchanges.
• Assist pharmacist with prescriptions, entering patient data and checking for interactions.
• Maintain clean, stocked counters and displays; monitor inventory and pricing.
• Support Pharmacy Manager with daily tasks and compliance with policies.
• Handle phone inquiries and document customer interactions in the CRM.
