Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver courteous and efficient checkout service while assisting pharmacists under supervision. You will handle prescriptions, inventory, and customer inquiries in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities include using pharmacy systems, maintaining displays, and supporting store operations. A flexible schedule, math skills, and prior retail or Walgreens experience are preferred, along with PTCB certification.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior experience with Walgreens.
• Prefer good math skills for accurate prescription filling.
• Prefer good computer skills.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists under supervision with prescriptions and drug information.
• Register sales at the cash register and process transactions.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising and assist with inventory.
• Provide customer service in the photo area and support web pick-up orders.
• Assist with pharmacy operations including entering patient and drug information and checking for interactions.
