Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate prescription counting and weighing.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to create a positive experience.
• Register sales at the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
• Assist pharmacists under supervision and use pharmacy systems for prescriptions.
• Maintain clean, organized counters and merchandising on shelves.
• Answer questions, resolve customer issues, and provide proactive service.
• Process returns, exchanges, and other clerical duties as needed.
• Support inventory management and checkout flow, including breaks in workflow.
