Job summary

Walgreens is seeking team members to deliver a distinctive customer experience and support pharmacy operations. You will handle cash register transactions, assist customers with products and services, and help pharmacists in processing prescriptions under supervision.

Candidates should have retail experience, strong math and computer skills, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Prior Walgreens exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens preferred.
• Good math skills for accurate counting, measuring and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Registers sales on assigned cash register, provides courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service.
• Assists pharmacists in distributing prescriptions under supervision, using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
