Formación

• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math skills for counting, measuring, and weighing medications.
• Good computer skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control preferred.
• PTCB certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides customers with courteous, friendly checkout service and handles cash transactions.
• Assists pharmacist under supervision in dispensing process and uses pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information.
• Maintains clean and organized store counters and shelves and supports inventory management.
• Provides customer service in person and over the phone, answering questions and resolving issues.
• Performs duties as assigned by Pharmacy Manager and Store Manager including entering information and assisting workflow.
• Adheres to company policies and quality standards in dispensing and customer service.
