Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls and via automated dialer systems.
• Assess customer needs for additional products/services and educate on products/services.
• Document calls in computerized record-keeping systems and enter patient orders.
• Verify and update demographic information in records.
• Read and analyze patient orders and pharmacy terminology.
• Train employees and ensure instruction is carried out as directed.
• Calculate figures and amounts for frequency and doses dispensed.
