The role will lead Pharmacy Leads and clinical staff, manage client engagements, and collaborate with Quality and Accreditation teams to drive performance and continuous improvement. This leadership position requires a PharmD, 5+ years of pharmacy experience, and a proven record in people

Qualifications

• PharmD with active license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years pharmacy experience.
• Minimum 3 years in leadership or supervision.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Pharmacy program.
• Oversee workforce planning, staffing, and performance management for pharmacists and staff.
• Engage with clients and plan partners to ensure optimal member outcomes.
